How can we increase the uptake of energy incentives by residents and local businesses that their utility and/or municipality offers.

Requirements
Hackers will need to research the issue and they choose a path to take for a solution. Possible paths include; lack of access, lack of funding, government mistrust, ignorance, and more. They will submit a video, presentation, infographic, or other forms to Devpost.
